The Persistence of U.S. Strategy, Anthony Fauci, and Limited Hangouts

Throughout all the news cycles over the years, you can count on a continuity in U.S. government/media propaganda and strategy. Make a time capsule, fill it with today’s news, hide it away, and pull it out in five, ten, or fifteen years, and while many details (tactics) will have changed, the underlying themes will remain. Or do it in reverse.

Assuming the world miraculously escapes a nuclear war of annihilation, when the criminal Donald Trump is long gone from office, replaced by a Democrat or Republican, the United States will still be waging war against Russia and China and any country that stands in its and Israel’s way in the Middle East. The people who own and run the U.S. will still be waging information war against the American people. Their tactics may have changed but not their long-term strategy. MKUltra, the CIA’s “former” mind-control and torture program, is now fully digitized and nearly co-terminus with the Internet.

The continuity of agenda from one American president to the next is striking. Because Trump says and does openly what has often been done insidiously by American presidents, he shocks by his audacity. He commits crimes at home and abroad as if he were smirkingly firing some contestant on his former Reality-TV show. Some people find this perversely honest to justify their support for an obvious madman versus the covert kind. Such is the double-binding trap, the fake binary, that Simon and Garfunkel once set to music with their song, “Mrs. Robinson”:

Sitting on a sofa on a Sunday afternoon
Going to the candidates’ debate
Laugh about it, shout about it
When you’ve got to choose
Every way you look at it you lose

While Ronald Reagan could routinely call Nicaragua a “totalitarian dungeon,” and use the Contras to try to overthrow its legitimate government, Trump, while using similar language about Venezuela, simply bombed the country and kidnapped its President Nicolás Maduro and his wife.

While Reagan, like Trump, was constantly saying that the Russians were always disseminating propaganda, disinformation, and managing the news, he always failed to mention that he and his staff, with the help of an obeisant media, regularly managed the news and lied to the world. In this they were typical presidents.

People may forget that Reagan, like Trump, was a master fabricator. Such examples are legendary. On two occasions he told Israeli prime Minister Yitzak Shamir and Simon Wiesenthal, the Nazi hunter, that he had personally assisted in the liberation of the Nazi death camps. The truth is that Reagan never left Hollywood where his war service consisted of work in the First Motion Picture Unit of the Army Air Corps at the Hal Roach Studios. Reagan’s, like Trump’s, false claims were so innumerable and outrageous that only a media and a populace inured to falsity would allow him to get away with them in the 1980s.

But that’s the way it was and is and will be in the U.S.A. Trump is a flipped version of Reagan, whose great admirer was Obama, under whose aegis the U.S. intelligence carried out the coup in Ukraine in 2014, setting the stage for the ongoing U.S./NATO war against Russia via Ukraine, blah blah blah.  It’s a small club, said George Carlin, of those who own and run the country, and you and I don’t belong to it. Yes, “Every way you look at it you lose.”

Now that the Chrisopher Nolan film, “The Odyssey,” has had it place in the sun dominating the news for weeks, a modern trickster named Anthony Fauci, the former Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases from 1984 to 2022, a man of many Trojan Horses, pops up like a weasel from the music box to grab the headlines once again.

Or I should say someone turned the crank and he was popped up.

Since the diaries that he kept during the Covid-19 days were revealed (diaries very oddly put on government servers and not on his private laptop or in a paper diary), we know from the horse’s mouth how famous and celebrated he was and how giddy his celebrityhood made him feel as he was lying to the public about Covid-19. Since the recent congressional hearings in which he was called to testify and where he pleaded the Fifth Amendment more than a hundred times, we can feel good knowing that covid “probably” came from the Wuhan lab in China and not from some bat or monkey who was chasing a weasel. Maybe, or could be, or probably, as Republican Sen. Rand Paul and many commentators concluded, while Fauci was mum.

No one mentioned any other possibility, including that the 2019-nCoV “virus” (the original name in December 2019) was never isolated or that when they renamed it in Feb 2020 – SARS Covid 2 – it was to conceal that fact of a linguistic slight-of-hand used to declare a pandemic in March 2020 against a non-existent virus before coming out at the end of the year with the deadly vaccines that did the killing in 2021-2022 and thereafter. There were so many other non-mentionables since the parameters of the hearing had been set to exclude them.

Presumed to be so smart, why did Fauci put his diaries on government servers?

We know that Fauci was quite verbose back in the day when he trashed those – including the three authors of the Great Barrington Declaration, respected doctors Jay Bhattacharya, Martin Kulldorff, and Sunetra Gupta – who dared to offer a different take on Covid-19. Whenever anyone questioned “the science,” as he termed the official narrative of covid, its statistics, the validity of the PCR tests, the effectiveness of masks, the six foot rule, the similarity between flu symptoms and covid and the near disappearance of flu in 2020, the experimental “vaccines” produced and approved at record speed, the horrible consequences of the shutdowns that were destroying economies, killing people, forcing people to despair and committing suicide, creating traumatized children and pushing along the new normal digital screen world, bankrupting small and medium-sized businesses for the sake of enriching the richest, etc., Fauci and his corporate media sycophants mocked such dissidents as conspiracy nuts aiding the invisible viral enemy. This was so even when the dissenters were highly respected doctors, scientists, and intellectuals who were expressing their First Amendment rights of free speech. Fauci ridiculed them all and many lost their jobs, their medical licenses, couldn’t travel, and were categorized as lunatics.

He didn’t advocate any First Amendment Bill of Rights for dissenters, as he does now for himself with the Fifth Amendment. No equal rights and no colloquy with others. And no shaking hands ever-ever-ever again as he told Time Magazine: “I don’t think we ever should ever shake hands ever again, to be honest with you.”

Isn’t it a shocking truth to finally know that Fauci didn’t tell the truth about the alleged origin of Covid-19? Can you believe it? That a top government official was lying to protect our “enemies” the Chinese when they really released the “virus” from their Wuhan lab?  We should say – by accident. But accidents happen as everyone understands, and enemies usually work together to develop biological weapons to use on each other. Ha! Ha!

The media are going wild about this revelation that Fauci revealed in his accidently discovered dear diaries that were accidently left on government servers that revealed Fauci’s opinion that the Chinese probably accidently released a covid virus from Wuhan. Catharsis feels great. Accidents happen. Like shit.

The only problem is that this revelation tells us nothing of importance, even if true. It is what is called “a limited hangout,” an old trick of the intelligence trade where you reveal a so-called truth to conceal deeper ones when they are threatened. This happens within a framework of “deep state” trickery where even the public faces of the exposures may not know that they are being played.

If we postulate that Fauci publicly lied about his funding for gain of function research at the University of North Carolina and Wuhan, so what? So “America’s Doctor,” the most famous man in the world, a man beloved by celebrities and CNN’s Jake Tapper, et al. is a charlatan, an ego-maniac and a liar like Trump or the other presidents he served under. Is that a great surprise or important?

What the media are all agog about is a diversion. We learn nothing about Fauci’s connections to the CIA and gain-of-function research being conducted in the U.S. and all across the world with 40 or so labs in Ukraine alone. We learn nothing about why medicine has been weaponized, the use of biological weapons, the so-called vaccines, the false statistics, etc. Nothing useful. Only that Fauci lied.

How many people have contracted Lyme Disease and ever made a connection to U.S. biological and animal warfare research and its connection to a Nazi scientist ?

Covid-19 was a con-job from the start. The official operation was launched on March 11, 2020 with worldwide lockdowns that destroyed economies while enriching the super-rich and devastating regular people. It was a propaganda achievement carried out by intelligence and military apparatuses in conjunction with Big Pharma, the World Health Organization, the World Economic Forum, etc. and promulgated by a vast around-the-clock corporate media disinformation campaign.

It was the third fundamental turning point – following the 1963 CIA assassination of President John Kennedy and the attacks of September 11, 2001 with their connected anthrax attacks originating  from a U.S. government bioweapons lab – in destabilizing the economic, social, and political life of all nations while undermining their sovereignty. It was based on false science in the interests of further developing a biosecurity state. The intelligence agency planners who had conducted many germ wargame simulations leading up to COVID-19 referred to a future arising out of such “attacks” as “The New Normal.” A close study of these precedents, game-planning, and players makes this evident. The aim was to militarize medicine and concentrate power. Check the 2010 Rockefeller Report, the October 18, 2019 Event 201, and Agenda 21, among other places.

The use of the PCR test to detect the virus and create cases and death numbers was a lie from the start. The American Nobel Prize winning scientist who developed the test, Kary Mullis, made it clear before his sudden death in December 2019 that “the PCR is a process. It does not tell you that you are sick.” It is a process “to make a whole lot of something out of something,” but it cannot detect a specific virus..

The belief that it can so test began with the unscientific PCR Corona protocol created by Christian Drosten (Fauci’s colleague) in Germany in January 2020 that became the standard method for testing the soon-to-be-named SARS-CoV-2 worldwide. I am sure this was preplanned and part of a high-level conspiracy. This protocol set the cycle threshold (amplification) at 45 which could only result in false positive results. These were then called cases: An act of fraud on a massive scale. If one had been diagnosed as “a case” via the PCR test, and subsequently died of any cause – a heart attack, cancer, old age, etc. that person was recorded as having died from Covid. Fauci, Drosten, and others engaged in a game about the origin – animals, the wild, perhaps a lab, etc., all the while knowing how the biological disease weapons were being tested and funded.

And why? Which is of course the fundamental issue.

Biological  and germ weapons of war and the medical establishment’s part in it are the crux of the matter. This involves their use over the past decades, now, and in the future. There is no doubt that they have, along with nuclear weapons and space based weapons, been at the forefront of U.S. research and development.

The late Professor Francis Boyle, the man who authored the 1989 Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act for the U.S. government, claimed that the covid vaccines (mRNA injections) were “bioweapons” and “Franken-shots” – “synthetic biological weapons of mass destruction.” His expertise on biological weapons research and development was vast but few have heard of him. Here is an introduction that should induce one to explore his work and claims.

The continuity of agenda from one American president to the next is striking. For media commentators to focus their attention on whether Fauci lied about the origins of Covid-19 is to miss the deeper issue, whether “accidently” or on purpose.

It is a limited hangout used to avoid something truly evil and rotten at the heart of the government of the United States, a diabolic continuation of business as usual.

  1. As James Russell Lowell once observed…..

    THE PRESENT CRISIS

Backward look across the ages and the beacon-moments see,

That, like peaks of some sunk continent,
    jut through dark Oblivion’s sea;

Not an ear in court or market for the low foreboding cry

Of those Crises, God’s stern winnowers,
    from whose feet earth’s chaff must fly;

Never shows the choice momentous till the judgment hath passed by.

  2. Not that I needed any proof personally that COVID was a set-up, when I went looking for a graphic to use in one of my Posts I discovered that:

experiments committed at least two of the Fink report’s deadly sins: they deliberately changed the host range of a pathogen and they increased its transmissibility. “You think about adapting H5N1 to mammals,” Keim says, and you quickly “realize that there is the potential to do something very dangerous”.

I wrote a Post containing the excerpt from an article on nature.com. This was BACK IN 2012. Since then, I’ve brought this fact up – along with links to numerous follow-up articles on nature.com – and all I’ve ever gotten was crickets.

It was obvious to me then that “covid-19” was man-made, probably by our own government, and released intentionally. Perhaps to various parts of the world. How else would it “erupt” almost simultaneously everywhere?

My Post contains links to all the articles I found and if any of them are no longer working it’s because they’ve been yanked. But no worries, I downloaded them all back in 2021.l

  3. Dear friends, what a great article, and so true, about how the US ruling class uses the concept of “Panem et Circenses” (bread and circuses) to keep the oppressed entertained and distracted, preventing any push toward a socialist revolution..

I was reading Edward Curtin’s book *Seeking Truth in a Country of Lies* along with another work that explores the conformism and anti-revolutionary behavior of poor Americans, who arguably should be more politically active in resisting their oppressors. The related book is *Suspensions of Perception* by Jonathan Crary, and I asked Gemini for a detailed explanation of how both books align in explaining the political apathy of most U.S. citizens.

THE LINKS BETWEEN THE BOOKS SUSPENSIONS OF PERCEPTIONS BY JONATHAN CRARY AND THE BOOK SEEKING TRUTH IN A COUNTRY OF LIES BY MY BROTHER EDWARD CURTIN

    https://united-christian-patriotic-front.blogspot.com/2026/08/the-links-between-books-suspensions-of.html

My question to Gemini: Hey brother, can you do me a favor? I want you to connect that book with what author Edward Curtin said about the conformist, hedonistic, anti-revolutionary behavior of the majority of U.S. citizens, who are reluctant to overthrow the system that keeps them impoverished, with sky-high bills, high taxes, medicine and everything generally very expensive, and low wages to meet necessities. From my point of view, they are too conformist and are still clinging to voting for the two capitalist parties (Democrats and Republicans) that keep the majority of Americans poor, obese, sick and depressed, while only a minority is favored by that system. The right thing to do would be for the majority to unite around a Marxist-socialist political party such as the Socialist Equality Party, the Party for Socialism and Liberation, the Green Party, the Socialist Party of the USA or other more working-class-oriented political options.

    Gemini’s answer:
The link between Jonathan Crary’s analysis (Suspensions of Perception) and Edward Curtin’s socio-political critiques of conformism and passivity in the US is direct and profound: Crary explains the technical/psychological mechanism of control, while Curtin explains the political and existential consequence.

Both authors agree that the absence of a mass revolutionary movement—despite the evident deterioration of the living conditions of the working class—is not an accident, but the result of a highly sophisticated system of cultural and perceptual domination.

    1. The show as anesthesia: From Crary to Curtin
For Jonathan Crary, industrial and post-industrial capitalism not only exploits the workforce, but also manages attention. Through the culture of spectacle, media, and the incessant flow of stimuli, the individual’s perception is captured in a state of passive trance or “distraction hypnosis.”

This is where Edward Curtin’s thesis comes in: Curtin argues that the American population lives under a form of “organized amnesia” and compulsive entertainment (hedonism). For Curtin, this hedonism is not a sign of real wealth or happiness, but a mechanism of psychological evasion:

Curtin’s diagnosis: People are overwhelmed by debt, unpayable medical costs, expensive housing, and precarious jobs, but they are offered an escape through visual consumption, mass entertainment, and the illusion of individual freedom.

The link with Crary: Crary’s “suspension of perception” is the tool that allows that hedonism to work. If the citizen’s attention is permanently fragmented and directed towards the next product, the next series or the next spectacle debate of electoral politics, the ability to focus attention on the structural root of his own exploitation is nullified.

    2. The trap of bipartisanship as “false attention”
In his analysis of modern society, Curtin denounces how the two-party system (Democrats and Republicans) functions as a monopoly that absorbs any legitimate discontent and redirects it into an empty electoral spectacle. Both parties support the corporate capitalist model, but stage an ongoing cultural battle to keep the population divided.

From Crary’s perspective, this bipartisanship acts as a fixation screen:

Targeted care: The system requires the working class to “pay attention” to politics only in the way that the system allows it to (voting every two or four years for one of the two fractions of the same capital).

Neutralization of real change: By focusing perceptual and emotional energy on the Democrat vs. Republican, attention is prevented from being “suspended” from the official narrative to contemplate structural alternatives, such as parties of the socialist, Marxist or working class tradition (such as the Party for Socialism and Liberation, the Socialist Equality Party or the Green Party).

    3. The Production of Passive Subjectivity: The Poor, the Sick, and the Alienated
Curtin often underscores the tragic contradiction of American society today: a majority that suffers from high levels of depression, obesity, workaholism, and social isolation, but remains unable to organize collectively.

The theoretical connection between the two thinkers to explain this phenomenon can be summarised in three points:

Dispossession of Agency (Curtin): The average citizen feels atomized and powerless. The daily economic pressure (bills, taxes, health costs) generates a state of chronic exhaustion that destroys the time and energy necessary for militancy or political organization.

Capture of leisure time (Crary): Instead of leisure time being a space for critical thinking or community action, modern capitalism captures perception in break time through media consumption, turning the exhausted worker into a passive spectator.

Rejection of the alternative: Conformism does not arise because people are satisfied with their lives, but because the combination of material exhaustion and perceptual manipulation makes the system seem “inevitable,” making invisible or demonizing any radical leftist alternative that seeks to reorganize society in favor of the working majority.

In short, while Edward Curtin denounces the moral, political, and hedonistic surrender of a society that tolerates its own degradation under the myth of capitalist freedom, Jonathan Crary reveals the invisible architecture—the manipulation of attention and the senses—that makes it possible for this voluntary servitude to be maintained day by day.

    1. Hello Knoxville….you said; “anti-revolutionary behavior of poor Americans who arguably should be more politically active in resisting their oppressors”
We must remember, some people, some slaves are too worn out to do much more than to prepare for another day on the plantation, their work site, the sweat shops! Many people might not eat well or sleep well. I agree, reading and writing about the disease is not real activity ! I cannot imagine what the work day is like these days, anywhere, any kind of work done for money. There might be people who are so ‘down and out’ reading this would be a chore and disgusting!

      1. You’re right—Aristotle did mention that the work of the body can hinder the work of the mind and vice versa. He believed that physical work and mental work oppose each other. Since the ancient Greeks approached everything in a rational, scientific way, Aristotle argued it wasn’t very productive for young students or young people to engage in intense physical workouts or exhausting gym activities, claiming that too much physical exercise can dull the mind.

I’ve noticed that too, when I used to exercise a lot, I couldn’t read more than one or two pages of a book.

In his book “America,” Baudrillard talks about how activities like jogging, excessive weightlifting, exercise bulimia, overtraining, and other grueling routines can be seen as a form of torture in the U.S., serving as both self-punishment and a way to escape social responsibility.

Baudrillard wrote about how many people push their bodies to the limit every day in Central Park, New York, with excessive jogging, running, and exercising.

Aristotle points out that excessive physical work can hinder intellectual activities, as the two are in opposition. This is why it’s understandable that a working-class person, who expends a great deal of physical energy in their daily labor, might lack the motivation to engage in reading.

By the way what a great book Politics by Aristotle is, I think Trump needs to read it

        CHAPTER IV
“Now those states which seem to take the greatest care of their children’s education, bestow their chief attention on wrestling, though it both prevents the increase of the body and hurts the form of it. This fault the Lacedaemonians did not fall into, for they made their children fierce by painful labour, as chiefly useful to inspire them with courage: though, as we have already often said, this is neither the only thing nor the principal thing necessary to attend to; and even with respect to this they may not thus attain their end; for we do not find either in other animals, or other nations, that courage necessarily attends the most cruel, but rather the milder, and those who have the dispositions of lions: for there are many people who are eager both to kill men and to devour human flesh, as the Achaeans and Heniochi in Pontus, and many others in Asia, some of whom are as bad, others worse than these, who indeed live by tyranny, but are men of no courage. Nay, we know that the Lacedaemonians themselves, while they continued those painful labours, and were superior to all others (though now they are inferior to many, both in war and gymnastic exercises), did not acquire their superiority by training their youth to these exercises, but because those who were disciplined opposed those who were not disciplined at all. What is fair and honourable ought then to take place in education of what is fierce and cruel: for it is not a wolf, nor any other wild beast, which will brave any noble danger, but rather a good man. So that those who permit boys to engage too earnestly in these exercises, while they do not take care to instruct them in what is necessary to do, to speak the real truth, render them mean and vile, accomplished only in one duty of a citizen, and in every other respect, as reason evinces, good for nothing. Nor should we form our judgments from past events, but from what we see at present: for now they have rivals in their mode of education, whereas formerly they had not. That gymnastic exercises are useful, and in what manner, is admitted; for during youth it is very proper to go through a course of those which are most gentle, omitting that violent diet and those painful exercises which are prescribed as necessary; that they may not prevent the growth of the body: and it is no small proof that they have this effect, that amongst the Olympic candidates we can scarce find two or three who have gained a victory both when boys and men: because the necessary exercises they went through when young deprived them of their strength. When they have allotted three years from the time of puberty to other parts of education, they are then of a proper age to submit to labour and a regulated diet; for it is impossible for the mind and body both to labour at the same time, as they are productive of contrary evils to each other; the labour of the body preventing the progress of the mind, and the mind of the body.

And look at what the anarchist Bob Black says that working is the cause of all myseries and pain of the world

        https://theanarchistlibrary.org/library/bob-black-the-abolition-of-work/

“No one should ever work. Work is the source of nearly all the misery in the world. Almost any evil you’d care to name comes from working or from living in a world designed for work. In order to stop suffering, we have to stop working”

    2. So here we are once again. How do we make effort, how can the individual make a change so to be able to cope with the insanity that is us, how we live? We can read book after book, listen to musicians…., we can vote while thinking a significant change will happen…., change the tire, it’s still the same vehicle. Change the words, advocate for a different system? There is still adherence to some authority while ignoring your personal authority, your intelligence.
While we genuflect to certain authors, film makers, song writers, politicians, do we notice significant change on how we think, how we feel, how to cope with insanity or do we simply become aware of new authors, and chants by those who feel they must conform to an image for familiarity sake so people will listen, yet they say very little that is different?
Do we represent change, the need for change? Do we have real suggestions, real information on how to have significant change about anything, especially people’s everyday lives which might mean misery while working in a convenience store selling crap to zombies? When we communicate, do we acquire a feeling of sameness, the aura that enables us to truly see and feel one another? It’s nice to have a love for words. Is there a universal communication that connects us with any human being, of any culture? Or is there simply more ‘babble’?
I think we have gone too far with simply writing about the woes, the corruption, the stupidity, the oppression of people and all living things. We far overdue for some real ‘concrete’ answers. Selling books might be entertaining and profitable, however, is anything new, anything truly enlightening, truly helpful being said? Until every individual becomes conscious, comes out of their comatose state, we will continue to march in place in quick sand while quoting someone else, someone we never spoke to or met. Our trendy ideas, our limitations will continue to Be. So where to find any answers to anything. Sit quietly if possible, allow the mental fog to dissipate, stop thought, examine when/what feelings arise. End the nostalgia, end marching in place in mental quick sand, erase the blackboard, find who you really are. Forget the labels, the honors, the notoriety, the nostalgia, the romance with leaders and heroics. 500 years of this present barbarism is too much to simply read about and then talk about, then write about, then read about….march, march, march, your left, your left, your left….GOOD GRIEF !

      1. Joseph – This sounds just like the fraudulent guru Krishnamurti, who wrote a book Freedom From the Known in which he argued people should stop reading books and listening to others, as he kept writing them.

        1. Well Ed, you knew I would respond to the above. So one must look at themselves….correct?
Krishnamurti was only one person who saw the folly humans, who accept hierarchical organizations maintain. The ambulance driver stated he received his certificate so there is no need to pretend any longer. Just drive by.
We have a gigantic mess Ed. And we’re barely talking about it and only indirectly!
Yes, the people who know will not write a book even if they feel the need to rescue.

        2. Hi Ed, Yes, Krisnamurti wrote books. There is no doubt none of the were very popular or sold well. I think your usage of the word fraudulent is incorrect so your score will be dropped 2 grades.
What we read is important I think. We can read 300 authors saying the same thing or we can read something that creates a shift from the ordinary, casts some light on what is so obvious yet we do/did not see. We really do not see ourselves as we should. Too many repetitive distractions. We really need some collective understanding that might initiate some action toward some degree of sanity. Maybe we should simply eat more Beets!

          1. Thank God, I had a fresh beet salad two nights ago and we had the beet greens last night. I hope that raises my score – Ha!

            1. Well…, first you must give an in-depth description of the just the Beet flavor. Use your own words.

        3. Jiddu Krishnamurti had his faults, as do most of us (he was dishonest about his ‘Lovelife’).
But as far as his teachings are concerned, though they are not particularly practical, I feel he was on the right track.
His emphasis on ‘conditioning’ of human beings was spot on.

BTW, many of his books are just records of talks and dialogues he had with Truth seekers.

        4. Hello Ed…, well, I’m presently eating fresh beets from the garden; just cooked. Wonderful stuff!
I think if more people ate beets, there would be fewer wars!

  4. I find it kind of remarkable in this country that is so divided on political lines that the left and the right can finally agree on one thing. Fauci has always been a liar, will always be a liar and was the the biggest fraud in the history of mankind. Sadly a tremendous amount of innocent people died or had their lives ruined because of this government agent of doom.

    1. No, almost all Democrats and the so-called left in the US considers Fauci a god like symbol of science.

  5. It must have been rather sobering for some to watch – “the science” – plead the Fifth a 100+ times. Somehow I have a feeling that most of those who had put their trust in – “the science” – will continue to soldier on with only some minimal cognitive dissonance to contend with. Such is the fluid nature of “truth” and “reality” in today’s world.

A great post Ed – I could not agree more with your assessment of all this amounting to essentially yet another – “limited hangout.”

    1. This is how one person describes the problem….” Mental disintegration describes a state in which the various parts of the human mind are no longer capable of working as an integrated unit. That is, each part of the mind – such as memory, thoughts, feelings, sensing capacities (sight, hearing…), ‘truth register’, conscience – function largely independently of each other, rather than as an integrated whole. The immediate outcome of this dysfunction is that human behavior lacks consideration, conviction, courage, and strategy, and is simply driven compulsively by the predominant fear in each context.”
